Froze my account 2 YEARS ago because they believed a check from THDA (Tennessee state gov't) for covid relief was fraudulent, even after receiving official documentation from the institution as well as REGIONS where the check was cut from. Two years and a CFPB complaint later they still hold almost $9k of my money and refuse to release it.

- AWApril WestmorelandFeb 15, 20252.0I’m mostly complaining about the outside ATM. It takes one bill at a time and it took me 10 minutes in the freezing cold to insert a few 20s into the machine. Not sure why every location closes at 12pm but it’s really inconvenient for folks who work weekends jobs and can’t put money in the bank with a PERSON.
