- ANAmanda NikasSep 29, 20231.0I don't even have words for what has just happened. My fiance and I have been dealing with an ongoing hacking issue so we stopped using our bank. We got his US Army pension sent via a paper check until we figure out what bank we will be using. The check is sent from the U.S Treasury, so it's back 100 percent. He went in to this branch to see if they can cash it the girl stamped the check and told him they can't just cash it so we went to another place and we're promptly informed that since Truist in lee highway stamped the check that it can not be cashed. We went back in thinking they would fix the issue since it should not have been stamped. Not only did the girl sit there and repeatedly blame my fiance they offered no solution.We live in Pensacola FL we have no money my car is on E and we have our dog with us. It's Friday so the VA isn't reachable until monday. I was planning on opening an account with truist😂. What am I supposed to do now? Thanks a lot Truist your awful
