- AAAmyApr 11, 20251.0I attempted to open an online account 2x, with the $400. promotion for new accounts. I received an error message both times. I called the local Red Bank branch, and was advised to come in anytime to open an account. The woman I spoke with further stated that several people have received error messages, due to technical issues. Today I visited the bank, and was asked by the branch manager to provide proof of my attempts. He said, "we can't open an account unless you can provide proof, code". I then sat down, and retrieved the code, proof of my attempts, and showed the branch manager per my phone. He asked me to sit and wait until someone is free to help me. I watched 4 people get service, and I walked out. I will not be back . Namaste all
