I always give another chance but always end up wasting my time each time I come here. It’s like night and day when you go to other Truist branches in the area. This branch is a terrible representation of Truist Bank.

Called SunTrust customer service line, after a full 10 minute wait a man answered who could not speak English. He sounded like he was from India or Pakistan with marbles in his mouth. It was terrible, I had him repeat everything guessing at what he was trying to tell me as I repeated it back to him. I had received a $ 45 fee in the mail for a lock box which I have had for 12 years and is free with my account. He put me on hold repeatedly, this went on for 15 minutes or so when he told me that he could not help and I would have to personally go into a Suntrust Branch. Why in the world does this bank even bother with a phone line if this is how they service it?
