The tellers are fine for basic stuff, but the desk staff are extremely slow and appeared either new or insufficiently trained. A basic wire transfer should not take 45 minutes (and the money is still not sent!!). Also, there were obvious errors on the wire form that needed to be corrected.

Had to wait for the tubes to be sent back after they turned on the open sign. I was first into the stall and it took the teller over 10 minutes to process my deposit. 2 other cars drove in AFTER me and both were served before me. I approached the teller about this and she I’d course became defensive and tried to excuse it. Called the branch and of course no one answers. Had to leave a message for the branch manager to return call. Still waiting for that return call. Just another reason to add to my long list of why to change banks. Truist customer service is ridiculous.
