    One of the worst banking experiences I’ve had. The tellers are fine for basic stuff, but the desk staff are extremely slow and appeared either new or insufficiently trained. A basic wire transfer should not take 45 minutes (and the money is still not sent!!). Also, there were obvious errors on the wire form that needed to be corrected.

    Would not take my change needed to pay my bill. Having to walk through a lobby with mass of change and then get sent out. A bank that handles money caused me a huge inconvenience. I will be moving away from them going forward.

    Not listening correctly when asking for withdrawal amounts. A professional would have confirmed the amount before taking the wrong amount out of my account

    There is always an issue at this branch. Today I was there at 9:00 in line at the drive through. Had to wait for the tubes to be sent back after they turned on the open sign. I was first into the stall and it took the teller over 10 minutes to process my deposit. 2 other cars drove in AFTER me and both were served before me. I approached the teller about this and she I’d course became defensive and tried to excuse it. Called the branch and of course no one answers. Had to leave a message for the branch manager to return call. Still waiting for that return call. Just another reason to add to my long list of why to change banks. Truist customer service is ridiculous.
