  The worst bank ever... after depositing 100k in this bank. There was fraud that happened 2 times.. Teresa put a note in the computer that if I need to get a new card. Don't give me husband service, like it was his fault. His card had been stolen before.. arrogant is being rewarding, we have a 300k house paid off couldn't get a mortgage.. after repairing it, we got down to 17k & the card was lost.. he went to the Hixson branch (great people) & sure enough they ended service.. here's the kicker they didn't have enough money to give him his money.. LOL. So they gave a cashiers check.. manufacures first back lady in back w her almost manager role compensate for not having a life

  When double charged for services, this bank was not willing to release my funds from the overcharge, despite the vendor sending the funds back and giving me the authorization code from the transaction. If the charge is pending in your account, even if it is an error, you will do without access to the money until it posts and then can be contested. After this you can still wait to be reimbursed for up to 8 days, essentially allowing your funds to be held hostage for a month. There appears to be no framework in place to protect customers from being double charged, or to protect against fraud until after the fact, and then you will wait days to weeks to have access to your much needed funds. This is unacceptable as I have to now borrow money to accomplish the task this money was slated for. Though friendly on the phone and in person, the staff of this bank, and branch do not have the resources to resolve customer issues. Do not bank with this bank.
