- JMJoann MyersDec 19, 20251.0After today's experience I'm am considering finding a new bank, I left work early so I could get to this bank before they close so my daughter could open a savings account for her newborn baby with a check she recieved, as I was unloading my grandson she came out of the bank and said they told her they could not do that for her because they close in 7 minutes, really that means that you are open and should do the job you are paid to do for your customers, it's not like you have hours that work with people's jobs, you dont open until 8:30 am and I am already at work and you close at 4 pm Mon thru Thurs and I work til 4:45 and 5 on Friday and no hours at all on the weekend, I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and never would I have ever told a customer that I dontbhave time to help them because the only thing important to me was making sure I left work on time, obviously your customers are not important
