- ASAbbi SiglerOct 28, 20251.0So disappointed. When I arrived, I was told that no tellers were available for at least 45 minutes, and my communication with Wells Fargo since has been abysmal. Six days afterwards was told if I could make an appointment to see a teller? Customer service is clearly not a priority.
- JHJohn HelmFeb 18, 20221.0This branch was closed for several weeks recently without explanation. It is open again but you have to make an appointment to go inside. I tried to do a transaction through the drive thru today and had to wait for 20 minutes while the 2 people inside tries to figure it out. I finally had to ask to get my card and ID back and went to another branch 20 minutes away where they could do it. Very frustrating. If you are open then have the appropriate people trained on how to service your customers.

First of all she has no right to go ideation q customer like she has done to me today. She has over stepped her authority questioning me on how and why I pay for my suppliers. She also questions me in front of my employees. I surely hope the executive branch sees this review and contacts me at once. If I was. Looking for customer service do not go to this branch. Wells Fargo itself as a bank has been good to us. Unfortunately this branch manager and branch needs oversight.
