- JWJeff WippermanJun 19, 20255.0I had a specific goal to achieve as far as an equity line of credit. I had dealt with at least 12 lenders of all types to see who could help me best. Everyone had their own way of assisting me according to their best outcome but not mine. They all agreed on one thing I was wasting my time in the current financial situation and that nobody would be able to help me. I then came in contact with Theresa with United Community Bank she scheduled an appointment to look at my situation and we soon got together. I explained my needs and goals as she listened actually understood to see if there was an avenue with her bank to achieve my goal. After more than a few conversations we finally agreed there was a way for them to assist me I obtained all the information she required and answered all the concerns she had she answered mine as well. She then submitted everything to get the approval. A few days later she contacted me with the news I was hoping for she confirmed the account and set a closing appointment. Everything went fast, smooth and easy not only that but they bettered the rate offered by the competition by 2 to 3 points. I highly recommend considering Theresa and United Community Bank for any banking situation you may have. This was the best banking experiences I have had in many years.
