The agent who helped me told me my loan was approved pending documentations. I brought everything they asked me for and after spending almost the entire day at the branch I was stole my loan was denied. So frustrating that it took them so much time to get this trough and wasted so much of my time after being a loyal costumer.

I only know the applications has been completed. (I know people who were approved in days from other banks. People at this branch don't know any more than I do.
