Gregory was amazing! We were SO stressed out about the fraudulent charges on my card but Greg took care of everything in one sitting. He was professional and personable. Talked to us as if we were both old friends and important customers, truly an amazing guy!

I’m so frustrated with this bank. I’ve banked with Suntrust for over 4 years, and after having a credit score of 815 I came to them to get a business auto loan. The agent who helped me told me my loan was approved pending documentations. I brought everything they asked me for and after spending almost the entire day at the branch I was stole my loan was denied. So frustrating that it took them so much time to get this trough and wasted so much of my time after being a loyal costumer.

Applied for the PPP loan last week. I cannot talk to any one about this loan only emails, and now the bank will not reply to them . I only know the applications has been completed. (I know people who were approved in days from other banks. People at this branch don't know any more than I do. I wish I could have used another lender.
