- CCCole2 days ago5.0I am giving Mercury 5 stars for his exceptional assistance. When I previously called the 800 number, I was connected to a different colleague—located who knows where—who was of no help and simply suggested I call a local branch. Mercury was completely different. Although I don't think we have met in person, he accurately assessed my needs and immediately connected me with the right group to get things handled. He proved that at First Horizon, Understanding is everything. Highly recommended! 🌟

It was the worst experience ever in a First Horizon bank. The First Horizon that I normally frequent is on Murfreesboro Road. They have a great staff!!

Tomorrow would’ve been too late I needed it yesterday. But seriously what bank tells you they don’t have enough money to help their customers out . I had to leave work early to drive back to Franklin to the Watson Glen branch where I always bank at before they closed at four and they helped me and they told me that their tellers always keep them supplied with enough money to help their customers out. So I will not be banking with the Brentwood branch ever again.
