This has been the worst possible bank I have ever used. The customer service is horrendous. Save yourself the trouble and go to First Bank & Trust.

I love visiting this bank of trust. They were so easy to work with when my parents were both very sick and were scrambling to get me on their account so we had funds to access. Jodi has notarized stuff for me several times and is always so nice about it. Even though I'm in Johnson City if I have something to do that involves going to the bank, I have family in Bristol and will make a day out of it and visit their branch specifically. Thank you all for be wonderful and providing wonderful customer service!

I would never bank with Truist. If you write someone a check and they take it there to be cashed they charge them an $8 fee. What a horrible way to service your customers.
