- ITIman TurnerOct 3, 20251.0Zero stars, I came in to open an account it was 3 ladies working. Nobody acknowledged me or the lady behind me for about 5 mins then the lady in the drive thru finally spoke. When they got to me a foreign lady refused to help me open an account she stated “they don’t have the staff to assist me even tho it was 3 people working and only 2 customers inside. So I had to drive 15 mins to another location to get help. Smh pathetic. Please hire better bankers. Thank you.
