- ITIman TurnerOct 3, 20251.0Zero stars, I came in to open an account it was 3 ladies working. Nobody acknowledged me or the lady behind me for about 5 mins then the lady in the drive thru finally spoke. When they got to me a foreign lady refused to help me open an account she stated “they don’t have the staff to assist me even tho it was 3 people working and only 2 customers inside. So I had to drive 15 mins to another location to get help. Smh pathetic. Please hire better bankers. Thank you.

The person in front and myself had to leave and the person at the tube was never helped in 30 minutes. The changes Suntrust made to this Branch have been detrimental when they used to have really good service at this location. Senior management needs to intervene and get this corrected.
