- RHR HJul 16, 20241.0We have been with them for decades. Now that its no longer first tennessee I cant recommend this so bank not one bit. Notice how the reviews have went downhill ever since the change? Greedy company that doesnt even want you to have access to your money when you actually need it. We asked them to turn off overdraft protection 4 times two in person two over rhe phone... every single time they told us this was not possible even though it was my father's deceased wife who enabled it in the first place. Upon google searching it I had even found the overdraft protection form. So they flat-out lied and stole so much from us in overdraft fees. While also stopping us from transferring money to and from venmo stating that that is not allowed... but stealing from customers is allowed.... pathetic they have caused nothing but problems for us.

I have sat and watched employees eat breakfast after opening time while we wait in line for them to finish eating. I have seen birds nests in the container where we should be able to get deposit slips. It’s dirty and trashy and all the good employees left and went to Pinnacle. That is where we bank now. SOOO much better than First Horizon! What’s the point of putting your money in a bank that you can’t get it when you want it or need it?
