So in approximately the month of April I was there and I put some biblical pamphlets on customer vehicles as well as employee vehicles. Due to that action, I had action taken against me by a lady there at the summer ave location, black hair, white, female, 20 something, very slim, 5'3, and glasses I believe. She didn't care for what I did and decided to hook my account to some computer systematic monthly service fee that I have never endured in the last 20 years which is the complete duration of my relationship with First Horizon Bank. First, they started taking $12 out of my checking account and when I reported it, they reimburse me both $12 removals and stated that it wouldn't happen again. However, now they have gotten clever and decided to take $9 out of my savings account instead. Giving me back the two $12 charges is an acknowledgement that it shouldn't have happened to begin with, but now when I call and complain again they try to justify it coming out of my savings. Some computer systematic, certain amount of money not being there, premiere/not premiere account, or the checking and the savings account not be linked to each other. I'm not necessarily saying that all that is false, but it didn't apply to me for 20 years. I've never had $5,000 or whatever large amount they said in my account outside of a couple of car accident settlements, but that money went real fast when you have to use it to buy another car and the couple of times are few and far between. It makes more sense that that woman retaliated against me and hooked my account to some automatic computer systematic monthly pull, especially on the exact same day or the day after that I put the pamphlets on the vehicles and she came outside to where I was to see what I was doing and when I went inside to do bank business that same lady assisted me. That's when she did it. It's too much of a coincidence that this automatic monthly service fee occurs approximately the same day as me doing the Lord's work. ITS DISCRIMINATION. It is stealing. I'm contacting the local news about this. Thank you for your time.

Came to close my deposit box today … horrible horrible experience that I received from a worker named Demetria. Absolutely no reason for her to ask how I file my taxes and or whose social security I use to file. Was treated very poorly.

This place is the worst! The ATM is always down when I need to get money out. I have sat and watched employees eat breakfast after opening time while we wait in line for them to finish eating. I have seen birds nests in the container where we should be able to get deposit slips. It’s dirty and trashy and all the good employees left and went to Pinnacle. That is where we bank now. SOOO much better than First Horizon! What’s the point of putting your money in a bank that you can’t get it when you want it or need it?
