- DHDana HowellMay 15, 20205.0I personally worked with John as his Branch Office Administrator from November of 2015 through December of 2019 and although I left Edward Jones the company, my husband and I never once considered leaving John. He still manages our portfolio and will hopefully continue until he retires. He is very knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and explains things to the novice who may not fully understand the world of investing in a very clear, concise manner where you leave with a much clearer basis and understanding than you started with. We highly recommend him to anyone starting out or seasoned in the world of investments. He definitely has the clients’ best interests at heart.
