Worst bank I have ever dealt with. The employees are over worked they will not answer the phone, ever. ATM is always out of order. You have to have an appointment to open account. If you deposit a check they hold it for ever. Don’t do it awful bank!!

I always hate coming here they always have a long wait time! Also had a bad experience with one of the tellers, she put the money through the money counting machine and it didn’t pick up one of the $100 bills and she said your missing $100 from your deposit and I was shocked bc I knew that I had the money right, so I asked her where my $100 were and she said that I didn’t hand her a $100 and that she would give me a call if she saw anything weird at the end of the day and than when I was about to leave another teller is like “who’s is this $100 bill” (in the money counting machine) and I said “ that’s my missing $100” and the teller that was “helping me” was like “that $100 bill was already in the machine, that’s the banks $100 bill that’s not yours” so she was being so rude to me and making up all these lies! So the next day they call me saying we have $100 that we found would u like to come deposit them! I would suggest if your a customer count your money in front of the teller bc they will try to scam you! I would suggest go bank with someone else
