- RMRegina MillerOct 22, 20251.0I have never seen such a RUDE group of people. They have no customer service skills. The older lady with the glasses is the worst. She has been there forever and needs to go. I have closed my accounts. I will never return. I went to the drive thru to pick up my bosses bank bag and when I get to the window after the car in front of me took forever, she closes the darn window. It was 4:03 ......Not making sure her last customer was waited on, Just poor service if u ask me. Im sorry my business is an inconvenience. That's how they act. Like who hires these people with no personalities. That place is dead. People must be miserable.

In order to cash a check they have to take it out of your account which makes zero sense to me. So good luck on cashing a check if you don't have the funds to do so in your account. I cant wait to switch banks! 😒

I opened a new account and have been calling to switch my money into new account and their service is breaking up and no one can hear me. Would give 0 stars if possible.
