- PBPatrick BeckDec 14, 20251.0I went by this branch on Friday . I have a Wells Fargo Auto account. The counter person was very nice and took my payment. I needed to set up auto payments. She told her manager and she asked to wait. At one point, he walked past me to go stand with the tellers. He stayed there for at least the last 10 minutes that I was waiting and I was the only customer in the branch and never spoke to me. I can only assume that he is lazy or incompetent. That is the service that I received.

The warmth and hospitality was amazing. I was amazed how comfortable they made me feel and the knowledge that they shared. I also had the opportunity to meet with Ken and he was so supportive of the team that I was very impressed!!! I see so much teamwork, dedication and commitment from this location and that is an absolute pleasure!!! Keep up the great teamwork!!!🤗
