And guess what, y'all were the first persons I paid. I appreciate the empathy. My pride was suffering every time I had to call and say my payment wasn't coming yet. I was so impressed at the level of YES instead of maybe or go get this or that no hoops to jump thru on fire like 99 %of the lenders out there and the systems criteria and protocol that force their employees to use predatorial techniques lol I'm not mentioning any certain lenders but heres why other lenders pale in comparison first their office was huge open climate controlled with smart business minded lending and finance I called the day B4 and Jessica took my app over the phone so positive and encouraging that I knew they would call back today and absolutely did I got there little late 2Snt an issue in fact I didn't realize Riley who working as intern was very bright personable and knew what she was doing I would never know she was intern if she had not tolde me looking me in the eye ..people don't don't do that anymore it's a sign of respect intelligence then Jessica the office. Manager was answering my questions and was wealth of info I left there with higher IQ. And really not exaggerating it sbest expirence I've had with a lender ever I've had some good one s but as we all know it's tough biz they made it work Frank was helping as well on closing out explaining everything. In a way I could I understand and what would have been set backs anywhere else they found solutions I was amazed at how well they worked together with smiles resolved everything.im so happy to get refinance from another lender with my payments 400 less month I really appreciate FrAnk and Riley.
