- WHWilliam HardyOct 16, 20251.0Had to get a replacement credit card, asked them to deliver to this branch as they are using a courier service and not canada post, was told by agent should take 7-10 days and to call in a week as some branches do not phone on receipt. Called 7 days ago and was told they would call me when in but will transfer to front and then hung up on me. Called 14 days later and was told they would call when in. Now at 19 days and still no call. Horrible service at this branch as they fail to answer phone or get hung up and not willing to just check.

Phone line isn't busy, but none of the representatives bother to pick up phone or call back. I was impressed by the td customer service in Saskatoon and Regina and I've been a satisfied customer of td Bank for years. Now, when I have to drive an hour to Yorkton (which is a closest location for me right now), just to make an appointment, because representatives are too busy to answer phone calls, I'll be switching to different bank.
