- CBC BAug 29, 20251.0Always the worst service. Incredibly rude. Simply trying to deposit cash quickly into my account which ended up taking over an hour due to incompetence. In the middle of helping me , my teller told me she was taking her lunch and I would have to go to the back of the line again! With multiple other staff just watching and letting her act this way. I didn’t understand what was going on and patiently waited and didn’t say a cross word to anyone , but honestly this woman needs to be fired . Perhaps retrain everyone.

He has explained us various options for new account and suitable one for us as a new comer. He also explained the importance of credit card here in Canada. It was very smooth transaction as far as banking experience is concerned. Mr. Khan is very humble and supportive at any point of time. He is an asset to the TD bank.
