  Not a local guide! Td bank primrose Saskatoon branch. Can't deposit cheques over 2k with out a supervisor! Then you with draw cash in cad and usd and I have to sign withdrawal form, ok, a 8x11 sheet warning me of public danger, that's a load of garbage, any one in line can see and hear what's going on, and td raises a big red flag for all to hear and see, why I need the money?? Break downs, washes, parking, parts, lumper fees, diner and tips, cash is king no 3%credit card charges??

  My wife has been to this branch a number of times in the last couple of weeks and have had trouble with one teller. She went to get a total for the outstanding balance on a loan which one teller wrote down. She then went and picked up a cashiers cheque from another branch to pay off this loan. When she went back, there was a short slim gentlemen who tried to tell her that the amount on the cheque was wrong, and that she owed more. He would not listen to her, and only when another teller came over were things sorted out. She then went to day to get a copy of a document showing that the loan was indeed payed out. She unfortunately had the same individual, and received the same level of assistance. All he did was print out the current account information, not the information that she was asking for. I then went back later in the day and talked another teller, Ms P who was AWESOME. She understood what we needed and printed everything up right away. Perhaps she should be training this gentleman on how their systems work, and on how to help their customers.

  I went into this branch to do an international wire transfer since I’ve never done one before and thought it would be easiest to get help in person. When I told the teller what I needed, he immediately asked if I had online banking. I said yes, and he replied, “You can do it online then.” I explained that I wasn’t sure how to do it and preferred to handle it at the branch. He gave me a look as if I’m stupid and said “it’s easy”. There was only one person behind me who had just arrived 10 seconds before and there was another teller, so there was no reason I couldn’t have been assisted. He called the guy behind me immediately up as I still stood there. This is the second time I’ve encountered this same teller, and both times he’s been unhelpful and rude. I left frustrated and without the help I came for. I won’t be returning to this branch. It’s disappointing and an absolute waste of time. I genuinely get better help asking ChatGPT for guidance than getting assistance from this bank.

  It's show open on Thursday till 8 am but they are not open waste of time.

  Cauline at the Primrose branch was a beacon of light for me during a difficult time. I had attempted to set up an Estate account for my recently deceased mother at her branch on 8th Street. Not only was I given inaccurate information about the process, which would have made it a much longer ordeal, but my emails went unseen and unanswered, and then I was accused of being unreachable. My own account is at the Primrose branch, so I decided to try my luck there. It was like night and day. Cauline assured me that, no, I didn't need to bring the Will and Death Certificate in first and then wait up to ten business days for an appointment with the Estate department. She made copies of my documents and set up the account on the spot, all the while being sensitive and thoughtful. And funny! The whole thing took MAYBE fifteen minutes, and I left feeling heard, understood and relieved. Thanks so much, Cauline! You made my day!
