The staff were unprofessional — one employee started arguing with another while my transaction wasn’t even finished. The person assisting me spoke in a dry, dismissive tone and avoided eye contact, looking around as if ignoring the customer. I expected a higher level of courtesy and professionalism from a major bank like TD.
- KKkurtludwig1Aug 29, 20251.0Do not let your relatives get multiple credit cards and multiple accounts. I had to bring my late Aunt to the bank to get POA, banks refused POA paperwork. After she passed away, my lawyer wanted transaction records for probate, and TD refused me with Executor, Death Certificate and POA. SCAM alert. I recommend consolidation with a respectable credit union before your relatives get too old. Don't get a Costco visa card and a BMO Mastercard for points, words of wisdom.

A bank needs to hold onto my money and then give it to me when I ask for it. If I can't get a simple cheque for club fees then they're only doing half of that job. Will be looking for a new bank.
