- JCJesse Clark5 days ago1.0Absolute terrible bank. This bank in rochdale lost a letter in my name within two days of recieving it. Since june I have called and since june they have pushed it off. They didnt go through their process or even offer me an explanation as to what it was, when all I was expecting was an inheritance. Now im at a loss and its affected us mentally heavily. They dont call back after "looking" for said item either. The investigation turned up absolutely nothing and they failed to call me back in the 48 hour alloted time period as stated.

- CCchad cozmaDec 20, 20251.0My bank card was broken cracked half way so I went into the bank and they refused to give me a new card because I didn’t have my id. Even tho I can verify with the pin. I also can go on my sgi account which shows my identification or my td app that’s on my phone and they still refused to give me a new card. Totally inconvenience and unacceptable. Going to look for a different bank to deal with.
