- SPS PNov 8, 20251.0The customer service is so bad. A brown dude and a filipino lady were too busy with each other. I felt like i was interrupting them. The dude with glasses tried his best not to help me so they can get back to wasting time. I have to go back again now because they didnt provide me the temporary password i needed. 5 employees there and literally two customers but they were so busy chatting with each other and having a good time that they couldnt be bothered working.
- RRRavenNov 6, 20251.0TD (and Scotia) are the worst banks to deal with. I am very happy since switching to Conexus. Shorter hours, but employees actually follow up and do their jobs accordingly. As soon as my mortgage is due I will be switching my last account to Conexus as well!

- KIKevin IronstarSep 1, 20251.0Last time I was there I got ID'd and the lady refused to help me even after I presented my ID. She was aggressively insisting to know about my online banking and how I conduct my online banking, keep in mind I haven't got a chance to speak about what I wanted yet. I asked for a different person to help and the second person I got insisted ID as well and when I asked why twice she responded with "for your identification" both times, at that point I realised I wasn't about to get a clear answer as to why I needed to present my ID when no one else had to and this was my first time in 20 something years that I've been asked for my ID at the bank. And the first lady followed me over to the second lady to harass me some more at which point I just said "Oh God leave me alone". I actually like these people but they hired a new person that harassed me and they have her back in her nonsense battles. Ps. I hope my personal information and privacy is not at risk for voicing my experience.
