  I had a great experience at TD Bank thanks to Debbie, who assisted me with a very complicated request. She didn’t hesitate at all and handled everything with patience, professionalism, and confidence. It was very clear that she truly knows the process inside and out—kudos to her for going above and beyond to help customers. As a suggestion for improvement, it may be helpful to have a more solid onboarding and cross-training plan for new employees, as it appeared that Debbie was the only one fully familiar with specific processes. This could help distribute the workload more evenly and prevent service bottlenecks. Additionally, setting clear expectations around wait times—perhaps through signage, digital queue displays, or verbal updates—could really help manage customer expectations. When customers understand why there’s a delay and how long the wait might be, it can greatly reduce frustration. Other possible improvements to address long wait times could include: • Assigning a staff member to triage or assess requests while customers are in line • Offering appointment-based services for more complex transactions • Providing regular queue updates so customers feel acknowledged and informed Overall, Debbie’s outstanding service made a big difference in my experience, and with a few operational improvements, the branch experience could be even better for both customers and staff.

  Worst customer service staff is rude, the first guy who was helping me was very friendly and then he sent me to another teller supervisor who was very unprofessional, rude and arrogant. She gave me wrong info and directed me to call the customer service who again directed me to branch. It would be great if management can teach some customer service basics to the staff.

  Around 25 years of dealing with TD means nothing to them. They couldn't help me out just a little bit. People overrxtended through the nose, but no help for others. Skinned me with high interest loans then hung me out to dry. Done
