Frustrated to the max and regret my recent transactions with this financial institution.

Leaving work early quite a bit, tends to add up. This is ridiculous. I politely request that you accommodate your clients. Please for the love of God.

Was told they would mail a receipt eventually. Pretty sad when even the manager ddoesn't know how to do a very basic banking request.
