- JBJenny BMar 13, 20231.0Went there this morning to pay off a bill. Lady behind the counter was very unprofessional. If I'm going to get treated like garbage there. I might as well go take my business somewhere else. I've been with TD Canada Trust for years. She was grumbling and rollin her eyes the whole time I was standing there explaining and asking a question. After when everything was said and done she threw my papers at me. Either get better staff or tell the staff to work on their Behavior. Cause every time I went there I never been treated ugly. There were always welcoming and friendly. But not this time.. And FYI I was not rude.

Was told they would mail a receipt eventually. Pretty sad when even the manager ddoesn't know how to do a very basic banking request.
