- MKMatt KerekDec 20, 20241.0Absolute joke. Wouldn't let my 2 year old daughter use the bathroom so my wife got to pack my kids up, go somewhere else and come back. It wasn't even just a bathroom visit. It was while in the branch doing regular banking. Way to be helpful in the winter. Do Better.
- KPKirankmar PatelOct 19, 20171.0I booked appoitment early so i can give them and myself enough time to discuss about my banking but guess what when u go there they told me we are so sorry but we cant help u today because we have to do some other work well in that case why u want to be a customer of that bank who dont have a time fot their customer or when appoitment does not make any sense to them becasue. Didnt even think a minute to call a customer ahead of a time for rescheduling appoitment or give heads up so i dont waste my time. I didnt want to give even one star.
