  I normally never overdraft my account, but this week I accidentally did, by just $16. I caught the error right away and deposited money into my account the same day. Wanting to make sure everything was okay, I went into the bank. The front desk staff was very polite and let me know that there is usually a one-day grace period. She then kindly called over a bank teller to assist me further. Unfortunately, the teller she called over was a higher-up and was incredibly rude. She seemed rushed, uninterested, and acted as if she didn’t have time to deal with me. She told me that some accounts have a grace period and some don’t, but offered no explanation as to why. When I asked if my account could be set up to have one, she simply said no again without a clear reason and made no effort to help. I asked if someone could call customer service on my behalf since the last time I called, I was on hold for 45 minutes. She said another teller could call, but that it would take just as long if they did it, clearly trying to push the responsibility back on me. Thankfully, I waited and was helped by Fallyn Ernetmyere, who was absolutely FANTASTIC. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and efficient. In less than five minutes, she not only reversed the overdraft fee but also got my account set up with a one-day grace period. She truly deserves a 5-star review for her outstanding customer service. As for the previous teller I would give her a zero if I could. The contrast in service between the two was night and day.

  All of the ladies that we interacted with this morning were so kind, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Alyssa was my teller. Thank you for the super quick experience.

  Not only has this company screwed me outta thousands in savings they have screwed up my mortgage to the point of me calling it sanctioned extortion. It's why we don't bank with them, we bank elsewhere, want to get our loans out of there but having a bit of trouble doing that.

  Wells Fargo Spearfish SD ruined my credit by not having services available and continuing to send me away to deal with another bank or the 1 800 service. Their CARES act loan deferral is an absolute trap to ruin your credit so no other mortgage lender will look at you. The CARES act notes that a credit report shouldn't be done but Wells Fargo ensured that I couldn't restart my loan because they never had anyone at that bank that would do anything with it. Now I've had to have a mobile notary assigned which will put me in further trouble with late payments because they aren't going to get me anyone for two weeks even though I gave them a full payment over the phone. I AM CURRENT!!! They could care less and don't care if they ruin someone's credit... STAY AWAY from Wells Fargo...I"M trapped but you don't have to be....No wonder two other people came in while I was trying to get this straightened out and closed their accounts!!!

  It's a Bank. What else is there to say. Cash a check, make a withdrawal, apply for a loan. Don't be shocked if you find service fees that you didn't know about when you open the account.
