- RWrod wittlerOct 1, 20251.0Forgot just how totally incompetent Wells Fargo employees can be. Dealt with Myles on this particular occasion. I bought a new car and it was financed through Wells Fargo. I then went and opened up. A checking account to handle all the payments and watch this loan as I paid it off. When they were setting up my checking account, they failed look at the loan to realize that there was a middle initial put in on that account and there was no middle initial put in on the checking account so therefore they couldn't tie them together. I've been working on trying to figure out how to get where I could see everything on my app for 3 weeks now. If miles would have told me one more time that he was helping me. I don't know what I would have done. It's because of Wells Fargo's total incompetence that they couldn't realize what happened now. I got to wait another week to see if they will correct the problem. What a joke
