- MRMahendra ReddySep 11, 20251.0NEVER GO WITH THIS BRANCH STAFF.. Very disappointed with this bank's practices. I opened an account and credit card based on a promotion that offered a bonus after meeting certain requirements — including spending a set amount on the credit card and receiving a direct deposit of $5,000 for first 3 months. I met all the conditions, but the bonus was never applied. When I followed up, they claimed the staff member who opened my account failed to apply the promo code — and despite this being their internal error, they refused to honor the offer. It's unacceptable for a bank to make a promise, fail on their end, and then hold the customer accountable. Poor experience and lack of accountability. This shows a complete lack of accountability and poor customer service. Honestly, I should have just gone with Chase — at least they know how to treat their customers right.

I was the only customer in the bank, and it took 3-4 unanswered phone calls and 10 minutes of pointless waiting in line just for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. Terrible experience.
