- KKKarlOct 22, 20251.0Went here a few times recently. Where do I begin? Teller line always long and slow moving. One older female teller working who is slow as a turtle. Took her over 10 minutes to process a simple, small cash withdrawal once I reached the window. Another female came to help her. She was very rude and condensending with her assistance. (Manager?) If shes that way to her employees as she was infront of me, I would feel very sorry for them. This branch has changed over the last several months and not for the better.

Thank god the team here was involved and will continue to come tot his bank . Just moved in town very nice staff . The district manager and manager were also at this location and very attentive . Thank you guys !

- MMMele MafiOct 5, 20201.0if I could, I would give zero stars. Long story short I deposited money in the atm. The atm took my money but didn'tdeposit it. I tried the branch location i was at they told me they don't deal with that but here's a 1800 number I can call. So not feeling so secure about my money, I call and make a claim. Its been about 2 weeks with no contact from them. I try calling to check on the claim almost everyday. My wait time is always 30min and over and they finally pick up wait about 20 sec. Without saying anything and hang up. I never been so annoyed with a bank . I would not recommend this bank for the simple fact that the branches don't extend any help to help you figure it out. (Because clearly the 1800 # is a waste of time) As soon as I get a refund I will definitely be closing my account.
