Took long time talking to people to finally get my cash when he said he couldn’t cash it! They need to learn their jobs!!! Shouldn’t take talking to manager to get something done!!!!
- KKKarlOct 22, 20251.0Went here a few times recently. Where do I begin? Teller line always long and slow moving. One older female teller working who is slow as a turtle. Took her over 10 minutes to process a simple, small cash withdrawal once I reached the window. Another female came to help her. She was very rude and condensending with her assistance. (Manager?) If shes that way to her employees as she was infront of me, I would feel very sorry for them. This branch has changed over the last several months and not for the better.

Thank god the team here was involved and will continue to come tot his bank . Just moved in town very nice staff . The district manager and manager were also at this location and very attentive . Thank you guys !

We asked if he would call another branch his attitude was not helpful. We are very disappointed with Wells Fargo and went to another bank. Wehave asked if it Wwere very disappointed, went to another bank and there were no issues.
