- KSKatya StasovaOct 23, 20242.0I came in last week to withdraw cash, had an excellent interaction with the teller. While waiting in line, asked one of the bankers if my mother could use the restroom, who is also a Wells Fargo customer. The response he gave was they "don't have restrooms available for customers". Our response was other also secured Wells Fargo branches do, you just need to be escorted. Who I assumed to be the manager came over and stated that "well if we let our customers use the restroom we would get robbed". We were quite off put by their attitude towards us. We are completely fluent in English, I have no accent, but they did hear us speak Russian amongst ourselves while in line. Given this is not on brand with my usual experiences at Wells Fargo, with which we have been doing all of our banking for the last 23 years, I am attributing the behaviour of the employees to discrimination against Russian speakers. Needless to say, we will be avoiding this branch going forward.
