- JKJamal KaukovicJul 7, 20251.0Had an issue where my cash deposit to their atm did not show up immediately on my app. I would have liked to resolve the issue over the phone but after calling 4 times and being put on voicemail all 4 times I had to go inside. Before even parking I realized how unoccupied it was in the lot. And stepping inside there was literally no customers at the teller stations, I was the only one in there when I initially went in and only one other person came in after. So on top of my money I worked hard for not being in my account and still as a matter of fact not in my account, you force me to get off work early just to make it inside because of your ridiculous hours, just to find out you could have picked up the phone any of the 4 times I tried to call that whole time. I tell everyone I know and connect with, either online or in person to never bank with this company because of these reasons and many others. Such as the bank app constantly being down and never updating consistently, half the time they won’t even have a “maintenance” warning when opening the app and don’t even bother with a text or email to let you know. If you were thinking about opening an account here save yourself the trouble in the future. I’d like to give this a 0 stars because they don’t even deserve 1, but alas that’s not an option.

I have been calling and/or notifying (in person) this location for MONTHS that the touchscreen on the ATM is malfunctioning and it still continues today, prompting me to write this review.

Your teller Isaac was able to display online banking on my phone - which I don't use - and found in settings that the one account was no longer checked. When checked it appeared. He took quite a while to get the screens to come up. He could have just said "check your settings", but he did that for me. Am very grateful for the service.
