I never seen a bank that don’t have 24 hours customer service, worst bank ever.

I enjoyed Great Western Bank over the last few years, but since the change over to “First Interstate” it’s been pretty bad.
At this point I can’t even do a wire transfer at the physical location. The lobby is closed and at the window they said to try a different branch.
It’s hard to manage a business when you can’t even do a wire transfer.
I’ll be looking for a new bank. I’d recommend you run away as well.
Still on hold after 30+ minutes.
Edit:
I was convinced to stick it out for a couple months and honestly it has gotten a lot better.
Locations are reasonably staffed, their services overall are good, wire department is responsive.
