- BBBethMay 19, 20171.0I was a Home Federal Customer for 15 years. Since Home Federal was bought out by Great Western, I have had nothing but problems. I could go on all day about these problems. However, the most recent issue at this location is: the teller told me I can't get cash from a check but I can use the ATM. So I had to drive all the way around back in and use the ATM to get cash. I left my debit card there; my mistake. It went back into the machine. That was almost three weeks ago. I have been to the bank 6 times and called 3 times for my debit card (when is says "leave a message and we will call you back," they don't). Oh and the first teller told me they would call me. Now they tell me that because the card was in the machine for over two weeks it was shredded. I have tried to get that card 10 times now and they shredded it and said "well we have ordered you a new one." Forget it!!!! See you on my lunch break when I come close my accounts! I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
