- TNThe Wayward NurseSep 9, 20255.0Mikayla is amazing! She not only helped me solve my problem, but she helped me with my 10 month old son! She was so kind and could tell I was struggling standing at the counter, so we went to her desk. There I was able to sit while my son crawled around. She balanced helping me and watching my baby crawl around! I am so impressed with Mikayla! If I ever need anything im definitely coming to this branch again. A man i believe is the manager was also amazing. A line had quickly formed and he took the time to come up and talk to all of us while we waited. I have no idea why this location doesnt have 5 stars! Its amazing!
- KDK DixonJul 30, 20241.0My first checking and savings account when I was 14, got married and switched over to my husband's account (joint), and have had nothing but issues for the past 15 years. Literally, wouldn’t let me put money INTO the account, even though I did all of our banking, had debit and credit cards with them and had all of our children’s accounts with them. Needless to say, I have switched to our local credit union since and will continue to give them my business. This poor service comes as no surprise with all the recent internal scams under their watch. Local is the way to go.
