- MMMistieMay 27, 20251.0This is the worst bank of them all. There was one car, ONE CAR, in front of me in the commercial line, and I sat for 50 minutes before i got to the window. They are always rude when I come here. I never have any issues with the other locations. This location was better when steven worked here, he was always polite, and always had a warm welcome waiting.
- UBUnpredictable BeansJul 31, 20232.0As I needed to urinate I walked into the bank noticing a sign on the bathroom (employee only) I quickly acted and identified myself as a bank employee in order to access the restroom. I then checked on my auntie after using the restroom (Yes I washed my hands). The banker then asked my auntie for an envelope. AGAIN I quickly acted and told the teller I was her security. 2 Stars because my lucky 🍀 number is 2 😘

When calling in we have tried talking to other people but the 2 specific employees that must be 'answer phone people' have been difficult to talk to. Other issues have started to come up only in the last year that my wife and I never had before, not much has changed at our end but FIB new policies and guidelines have been not easy to work with for our personal banking needs. Sorry to say that not one single higher up representative of this bank has been able to address any of our questions or concerns in a reasonable or satisfying way. The only thing we could do was close accounts and leave.
