    Been banking with this branch for 16 years, have had some issues with the bank as a whole but never with my branch and had a horrible experience this time thanks to JANEANE! So go here if you want a condescending experience!

    Worst banking experience ever. Never helpful, always have to wait a long time. Atm is always down at this location. Outdated banking and technology. Melanie is a manager who goes back on her word. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch and avoid great Western bank all together

    Don’t go here anywhere close to closing time and expect any help from them. They claim that they can’t cash an income tax return check that they have to deposit it because they don’t always clear. That’s funny even Walmart will cash one of those! They just don’t want to do any work or keep any customers. Don’t waste your time here. Very low customer service at this branch. Sign on door should really read closes at 4:45 so they can milk that last 15 minutes out.
