Hello, I've been a customer here for over 2 decades.
The "service fee" charged on accounts that don't have a arbitrary amount of money in them is absolutely true and is a big problem for low earners or people struggling financially.
I'm a single father of 2 little girls. I typically live paycheck to paycheck and sometimes might only have 4 or 5 bucks left in my account at the end of the month. Then I get hit with a "Service fee" that overdrafts me...
What service is the 10 dollars getting me exactly?
Overdrafts at this place are $35, on top of the fee it really is like getting kicked when you're down.
This fee did not always exist and has just tanked my opinion of this place over the last few years.
If I mess up and overdraft, that should be my mistake. I don't need my bank, which I thought was supposed to protect and help me get the most out of my money, to do it for me.
The fee is pointless and predatory. Aside from greed I don't know why it's even here.
Other local banks don't nickel and dime their long time customers like this.
This used to be such a great bank! =(

These guys have service fees that are designed to prey on low income customers.
If you have below a certain amount of cash in your account they hit you with a 10 dollar service fee. Which usually overdrafts you!
Like many I'm fed up with this vampiric style of business. These guys have straight stolen so much cash from me over the last few years, which has made an already dire situation nearly unbearable.
Wells Fargo doesn't care about you as a person or a customer. You are merely another cow to be milked.
For a small town business its honestly pathetic.
Literally bank anywhere else.
