Yes, I had to go in and ask in person and then I called from my phone to verify that it rang when I called. Never open at a time when I can go do banking for business (This is SD we go to work by 6 or 7 am or earlier and finish after 5.) Wrote out change order for my business on October 19th with quantities and denominations and they still shorted me $50 - I thought I had made it idiot proof. Frustratingly enough this is NOT the first time it' has happened. Constantly giving me other businesses deposit slips. (They should pay me for doing their paperwork.) I called the other number that is listed on Google was put on hold for 20 minutes, and by the time I got through and told them I was at the drive up window and needed change and could see a teller inside, they responded "where?" How in the world can you not know where your bank is? I told them I dialed the number of Google. Found out it goes somewhere else....just...asinine! Never had issue with Brookings location (same business purpose)! They had multiple tellers with MONTHS of perfect balance sheets on display! Maybe Huron should invest in some training or recruit managers or capable employees.
