When I went to deposit some cash that was slightly torn, she insisted they couldn't accept it, which seemed unreasonable to me. Fortunately, another teller stepped in and allowed me to deposit the money. Despite being a customer since 2017, I'm incredibly dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received. I believe it's time for me to switch banks.
