Didn't look bother to match it to the loan I had that I was using this account to pay for so there's two different names on it. Therefore, I couldn't access any loan information on my app. Spent 2 weeks trying to deal with her to get this resolved. After one unanswered email and two not return phone calls decided to Go to a Sioux Falls branch. Found out that incompetency and Brandon didn't stop and Brandon Wells Fargo never seems to stop disappointing
