- CMCesar MataOct 18, 20251.0This branch has the worst customer service. Aberdeen SD. Jose the bank teller said he's been working for many years with Wells Fargo but still gave us the incorrect information. Telling us we can do everything through the app so do it your self rather than helping us there. After opening new account at home over the app, the phone teller let know we need to go to branch to open account we want. So frustrating that people are lazy and don't want to work. It's easier to send people home and let someone else deal with them than do the work your self. Now we need to go back to the branch again. As long as we don't get the same teller hopefully the work gets done.

For older or disabled people parking and walking can be a challenge. I personally don’t want to go in. I want to drive through and talk to a real person. I do not want to do banking business with a machine.
