EVERY time I come in, I am greeted with a smile. The ladies are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend doing business with them.
- RKRossi KennedyAug 18, 20161.0My husband and I visited the bank yesterday, we had the worst customer service experience in there. Candace was the customer service for us. She rushed me asking me what was my question was, because she was servicing on the other side. She was very rude. She took my paper clips that I included with my depositing checks, when I asked them back, she gave me in a rude manner big paper clips from the bank, not mine. And to top it off, I supposed to get cash back from the checks I deposited, she gave me less $70.00 cash. I asked her to recheck, she did not feel like and start screaming and complaining.....start saying that she got sick of it and can't handle that any more. Her manager Michelle came to help her, she did said that she gave me less $70.00, then I was given the cash money. I did not receive apology or any thing. She gave me in the same rude manner the cash back. I was glad I got my money. But I would not recommend this bank to any one. The service inside is horrible specially Candace!!!!
