- JMJackie M.Feb 18, 20251.0Lately, when I go to make my business deposits at Sunset Branch there is only 1 teller, which means a long, long, 20 minutes just to make my deposit. The inside of the bank only has one or two people there if you go inside. This is why I have moved most of my business elsewhere. They do not help small businesses as they claim. It used to be different, before Truist took over. Go to the twelfth street branch for fast and friendly service, if you’re in West Columbia.
