I would’ve stayed with FCB if they would understand the importance of getting back with their customers and taking care of them but they’ve failed to do that several times with me! Disappointed. I’ve worked in customer service for a good while and making sure my customers needs are met were always and are still my top priority! I don’t want to be promised that I will get a call or text regarding something to do with my account and then not get any information at all and have to go back into the bank again not knowing what’s going on all because promises weren’t kept. Be aware if you attempt to get a loan here because they won’t answer your calls regarding the loan acceptance/process. I never ended up knowing if I was accepted for a loan or not because they failed to answer the phone and so on. Your customers either matter to you or they don’t!
