- SMSandra MSep 15, 20251.0I don't think I've had more problems until I used this bank. Nobody answers the phone, and my account keeps getting fraud withdraws and or alerts like every few weeks. This is honestly getting ridiculous.

Now I have a returned check fee because they rejected it. Have always used them before. Been wanting to switch to founders but didn’t want the hassle. Now I think I will.
