- RARobinson AustinNov 17, 20251.0I’ve called this branch over TWENTY times trying to speak with an actual banker, and it’s impossible to reach anyone. Every call gets forwarded to customer service, who openly tells me they can’t help and have no way to contact the branch directly. Customer service repeatedly gives me the same branch phone number… which just sends me straight back to them again. It’s an endless loop with no way to reach a real person at the bank, no voicemail, no callback, and no accountability. I’ve wasted hours calling and still can’t get a simple question answered. This is extremely unprofessional and honestly unacceptable for a bank that handles people’s money.

Every call was automatically forwarded to customer service, who couldn’t connect me to the branch or anyone who could actually help. They would just give the number I kept calling to get in contact with a person. It shouldn’t be this difficult to reach a real person at a local bank. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
