Despite the branch being busy with herself and only one other associate working, they both managed to serve customers with patience, kindness, and professionalism. JC handled my loan seamlessly while still multitasking and apologizing for the wait. It was refreshing to see friendliness and humility blended with professionalism in a high-volume setting.
